MAA regulations require that all relevant Defence Aviation Environment (DAE) personnel should receive Foundation level HF and Error Management (EM) training, and 2 yearly continuation training, delivered by a qualified and current HF Facilitator (HFF), HF Supervisor (HFS) or Civilian Qualified HF Instructor (CQHFI).
