Day Package

Our comprehensive day package includes:

  • Exclusive use of either the Discovery Room or the Enterprise Room.
  • Fully equipped meeting room with pens, pencils, a large screen, projector and screen, sound system, large drywipe whiteboards, flipchart paper and stands.
  • High speed Wi-Fi access.
  • Access to our scenic lawned area and patio area.
  • Ample onsite car parking.
  • Professional support staff situated on site.
  • Refreshments including tea, coffee, soft drinks, fruit and biscuits.
  • A delicious, locally sourced two course lunch, served in a separate dining area on-site.

We also offer the option of bespoke packages, which can be tailored to your requirements upon request.

Discovery Room

Introducing the Discovery Room, our largest and most versatile event space, spanning over 100 square meters with soaring ceilings and a sleek, modern design. Perfect for a wide array of professional events, this room offers a dynamic setting for meetings, conferences, and gatherings.

French doors line one wall, inviting abundant natural light while framing serene countryside views. Direct access to our outdoor terrace and lawn area allows for seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor settings. The Discovery Room also features a dedicated meet-and-greet area, a spacious dining space, and conveniently located WC facilities, ensuring comfort and accessibility throughout your event. Whether hosting a small meeting or a larger conference, the Discovery Room offers an exceptional environment for your professional needs.

Enterprise Room

Executive room perfect for meetings, training, and virtual conferencing

The Enterprise Room is our premier executive suite, thoughtfully designed in a sophisticated boardroom style. With a sleek glass entrance leading from a private hallway, this intimate space is perfect for smaller groups of up to 12 people. Whether you're hosting private meetings, strategic discussions, board meetings, training sessions, or online conferencing, the Enterprise Room provides an ideal setting for focused and productive gatherings.

Located on the first floor, the room offers exclusive access via its own entrance and staircase. Additional amenities include a dedicated meet-and-greet area, a spacious dining area, and WC facilities located on the ground floor. For guests with reduced mobility, a lift provides convenient access to the Enterprise Room, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.

Our standard room hire package includes use of the room from 0900-1700 hours (Monday-Friday). Access to the venue for the organiser(s) is available from 0830 hours.

Access to the venue outside of the standard days and times detailed above may be arranged upon request at the time of booking. Please note that this may incur an additional charge.

Our rooms are available for hire on a daily basis, however can be booked for multiple days, please contact us to discuss your requirements in further detail.

We regularly welcome groups for team building days. Third party activities would need to be arranged by the organiser direct with the fully insured activity provider. We would require advance notice should you wish to use the lawn or an area outside of the hired room prior to the booking confirmation. Please note that all activity providers must be fully insured and proof of this must be provided to us prior to the event.

The rooms are equipped with a large screen, data projector, and audio system. We also have a number of large drywipe whiteboards on the walls of each room, and flipchart paper and stand is available for your use. Pens and pencils are provided on the desks.

Dependent on the room you have hired, we can provide a range of room layouts including boardroom, classroom, and theatre style. Please contact us to discuss your requirements in further detail.
