Our Crew Resource Management Trainers (CRMT/CRMI) course, which has been continuously developed and refined over 25 years, is widely recognised as the gold standard in training professional CRM facilitators.

Designed for cabin crew and technical crew of airlines, and other aviation organisations, this comprehensive course covers the latest developments in CRM training, including threat and error management, CRM skills assessment, and competency-based training. You'll also learn how to maintain your organisation's CRM programme, meet regulatory requirements, and keep your trainer qualification, currency, and assessment up to date.

The CRMT course also teaches you crucial facilitation techniques that are essential to delivering effective CRM training. Our goal is to develop fully competent trainers who are comfortable developing CRM materials that are appropriate to the unique requirements of their flight operations. This course can be delivered via in-person instructor led training (ILT) or via virtual instructor led training (VILT).

This course is available monthly as an open course priced at £1975 (VILT) or £2195 (ILT) per participant. Should you wish to also receive the OFQUAL accredited Level 3 Award in Delivering Training, you may select dates which offer this additional qualification at an added cost of £90. No VAT is charged for participants outside the UK. For company bespoke courses please contact us for a quotation for your organisation's specific requirements.

On successful completion we provide cerficiation of completion to relevant regulatory standards.
