The CRM Command Upgrade course is a 2-day programme in accordance with EASA Table 1 requirements. The course covers the Command upgrade CRM elements of Table 1 to equip the participant with the CRM knowledge and skills for the additional responsibilities that come with the move to the left-hand seat.

Additional operator specific scenarios, procedure familiarisation, operations (flight safety, ground ops, flight ops, security, crewing and operations etc) and operator expectations of their Captains should also be covered during the upgrade programme in-house by the operator.
