Continual Crew Resource Management (CRM) training is essential for both regulatory compliance and operational safety. Our Online Recurrent Training Packages help pilots, cabin crew, and aviation professionals maintain and develop CRM skills required by aviation authorities, while enhancing safety and effectiveness in day-to-day operations.
This self-paced online training is designed to fit around busy schedules, with each package taking approximately 4 hours to complete.
Our three CRM Recurrent Packages, completed one per year, form a 3-year programme covering the full EASA CRM syllabus.

It can be taken as a standalone online programme or integrated into a blended learning approach to meet operational and regulatory requirements.
