Our Crew Resource Management Trainer Refresher courses delivers full compliance with EASA & CAA requirememts for CRM trainer refresher training.
The CRMT Refresher course is one day and fulfils the EASA requirement for all CRMT to attend a refresher course every 3 years. During this course, we update and familiarise participants with new amendments to regulations, offer new ideas for courseware topics, and discuss new methodologies and training elements. We also review and discuss new procedures and lessons learned to ensure that you're always up to date with the latest best practices in CRM training.
Our experienced instructors provide practical, hands-on training that you can immediately apply to your role as a CRM Trainer. We help you develop the skills you need to provide relevant and effective CRM training to flight deck and cabin crew members.
